Production
In the production process, the main raw material is wood pulp. We also use other chemical materials as follows: NaOH, CS2, H2SO4, Na2SO4, NaClO, SiO2, softener, etc. Regenerated cellulose membrane is mainly composed of cellulose, water, and softener.
The two main processes in the entire production process are as follows: viscose preparation and molding.
1. Viscose preparation Wood pulp is the main raw material and needs to go through the following processes to make viscose: Wood pulp → alkalization → aging → yellowing → dissolution → maturation → filtration → degassing
2. Molding The prepared viscose is made into regenerated cellulose membrane through the following processes: coagulation into film → washing → desulfurization → bleaching → softening → drying → humidity adjustment → winding
